Linda Reynolds provides unique expertise in translating 4Insights’ consumer market research into specific, actionable tenant mix plans for all types of shopping centers, mixed-use developments, downtowns and specialty retail districts.
As Director of Retail Services at The Taubman Company, a leading shopping center development and management firm with 30 premier super-regional shopping centers in 14 states, Linda developed successful market positioning and tenant mix strategies for the company’s new and existing retail properties. In that capacity, she provided extensive competition analysis, consumer and retail industry trend direction, as well as developed the shopping centers’ overall merchandising strategies. She also counseled the shopping centers’ current tenants on improving sales performance.
Prior to joining The Taubman Company, Linda held various executive merchandising positions at the former Dayton-Hudson Corporation where she served as the company’s Senior Business Strategies Liaison, directing the coordination and the execution of all merchandising strategies throughout the J.L. Hudson division stores. She also held Senior Buyer positions, with chain-wide procurement and profitability responsibility for several women’s fashion accessories areas.
Linda holds a bachelors degree from Western Michigan University, with a specialty in retail merchandising. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
